How the trial works
Day 1
Sign up and add a card. You get 3 recording hours and every feature. Nothing is charged.
Day 7
We email you a reminder that the trial ends in a week, with a link to cancel.
Day 15
Your subscription starts and the card is charged. Cancel before then and you pay nothing; trial recordings are deleted 30 days later.
Billing questions
Who counts as a seat?
Anyone who records. People who only watch recordings, comment and share them are viewers, and viewers are free.
How do pooled hours work?
Each seat adds 10 recording hours a month to one shared pool. A team of four has 40 hours a month, however it splits them. Unused hours don't roll over.
Why do you need a card for the trial?
Every trial costs us real transcription time, so a card keeps trials to one per person. Nothing is charged during the trial, and we email you a week before it converts.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Checkout adds VAT, GST or sales tax where your location requires it. Businesses with a valid VAT or GST number can enter it at checkout and pay no tax under reverse charge.
Can I change seats or cancel later?
Yes. Add or remove seats at any time and the change is prorated. Cancel from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Is the MCP server extra?
No. Connecting your AI tools is included in every seat and in the trial.
